We specialise in raw, unstained pine furniture.

Pineland Furniture in Nunawading, was first opened in 1979 by my father Austin Ballard and has enjoyed many years as the number one Pine Furniture retailer in Melbourne.  I took over the business in 1984 and have continued to run the company as a family business with my wife Mary Ann and daughter Tori working in the store. Included in our range are Chest of Drawers, Bookcases, Dining Sets, Kitchen Dressers, Television Units, Wardrobes, Pantries, Coffee Tables, Kids Furniture and much, much more. Nearly all of our furniture is available unstained (raw) or in a choice of timber colours. We have had the pleasure of supplying thousands of  households with our solidly-made furniture.

Pineland uses very experienced furniture polishers. We have Lay-By and offer rain checks on out-of-stock items. We deliver anywhere in the Melbourne metropolitan area with prompt, friendly and efficient service.

At Pineland Furniture we have a basic goal, if we find a new customer each day and keep them for life, our business will grow. The term "Quality & Service" can be a cliché but at the end of the day customers will not stay customers, if we lose sight of these two things.

There is an old saying, "If we do not look after our customer someone else will". We work towards this goal by building relationships with our customers, so that we can be sure of their needs and place great value on our staff and their efforts. We have a major advantage, over our competitors as a result of our team of dedicated staff. We have the best staff available, not only for their wealth of experience and skills but also for their commitment to Pineland Furniture and to our customers and for this I thank them.
